I’ve lost track. I will not be updating about my progress. But from time to time, I still go to the gym.

I have not updated for the past 10 days. Oh no! Okay honestly, I have been on track the whole time. Except today. I am not perfect. I slipped and binged. I ate A LOT of junk food. it does not feel good at all. Tastes good in my mouth, but once the experience was done, regret came. How I should have handled it? I won’t cheat. I won’t fool myself. No sweets, but that doesn’t mean I can replace it with salty food. That’s just as damaging.

My body’s craving for a cookie, a cracker, anything with chocolate!!! I tried to overcome it by eating cereals. Milk can be a good substitute for chocolate. That’s just me.

Today I walked for an hour on my way home. That’s what public transportation is about! I went around the mall too.
I didn’t have any chocolate today. I’ve been substituting rice with bread. My favorites are walnut bread and ciabatta. Ciabatta makes me feel full.

They say it’s easier to get fit if you have a “fitness group”. Well, as much as I wish I’m friends with my neighbors and start this program, I don’t think it’s happening soon.
