I have not updated for the past 10 days. Oh no! Okay honestly, I have been on track the whole time. Except today. I am not perfect. I slipped and binged. Still no sweets? Check! I won’t cheat. I won’t fool myself. No sweets, but that doesn’t mean I can replace it with salty food. That’s just as damaging. I haven’t gone to the gym this week. I’ll get there… Just keep going!

My body’s craving for a cookie, a cracker, anything with chocolate!!! I tried to overcome it by eating cereals. Milk can be a good substitute for chocolate. That’s just me. Just keep going!

Day 1
Today I walked for an hour on my way home. That’s what public transportation is about! I went around the mall too. I didn’t have any chocolate today. I’ve been substituting rice with bread. My favorites are walnut bread and ciabatta. Ciabatta makes me feel full. Just keep going.
