Update my nutrigenius app with everything I’m eating, as I am eating. That way, I see the calorie count. Ugh. I feel all the grease inside me.
Meanwhile, I attended a beach party last Friday. I think the 12 days of no sweets on weekdays paid off. I felt that I lost a few pounds.
